- The hotel management reserves the right to close any part of the facility for essential maintenance without prior notice and without entitlement to compensation.
- The hotel is not responsible for any physical harm incurred whilst using Cavalieri Grand Spa Club facilities, also arising from prior disorders or illness.
- Access to the Cavalieri Grand Spa Club is limited to persons over 16 years of age.
- Children under 16 years of age are permitted to use the indoor and outdoor pools only under direct parental supervision.
- No dogs or other animals are permitted in the Cavalieri Grand Spa Club or pool areas.
- It is compulsory to wear pool slippers or shoe-covers, and bathrobes in the reception, corridor and café area.
- Swimming in outdoor pools is only permitted during the established opening hours when the life guard is present.
- The hotel’s fitness and jogging circuit closes at dusk.
